We use the scheduler to assign jobs to our employees. In the project file we enter information that is relevant for all employees who work on the project. If an employee goes to a job, he needs this info. If he goes into his schedule he sees what job has been assigned, then has to memorise the order number, go into projects and open the project file to get the project information and documentation. It would be very helpful if he could just click on a link which would then open the actual project file.
